Chicago

Chicago

June 2016 — Chicago, the Lumineers, and a few kid-free days that felt like dating again. In Laura’s words.

Today was bittersweet as we found a new family for the crib that both Evan and Olivia used. Stephen Baughn thinks it’s absolutely hilarious and I am about to cry my eyes out.

I have started this bad habit of picking “stuff” up off the side of the road. I made Karen Good Hamilton help me pick this up in the pouring rain. Then I brought it home and was hoping Stephen Baughn wouldn’t ask for a divorce. Thankfully he didn’t. We worked on this together both adding ideas and we really like how it turned out.

and now I am making Karen Good Hamilton pick up stuff on her bike 😂 #junkin

Summer art projects…they make me want to gouge my eyeballs out just as much this summer as they did last.

So far it has been a great day. Exploring with Stephen Baughn with no plans, nowhere we have to be, and no kids. I feel like we are dating again ❤️

Holy 🐄

another amazing day

After a fun filled wonderful weekend it’s back to reality…but thanks to Stephen Baughn my reality is never hard to come back to. Happy Father’s Day! We ❤️ you!

🌤️ Weather we had (Chicago): Highs around 77°F, lows around 63°F, with 2 rainy/snowy days (0.7”).
