Evan and the monuments — a tag-along to the capital. In Laura’s words.

Evan and I tagged along with Stephen Baughn on a work trip. We saw as many monuments as we could. This kid has so many stamps in his National Parks book. We had ice cream for lunch. We walked and we walked and then we Ubered. I love his questions and I love that he likes to learn and I really love having one on one time with my kids. Side note: did you know there is a forest with a creek in the middle of DC? Well there is and we found it.
